The role is 40 hours per week and includes a rotation of shifts between our Moor Allerton clinic and Street Lane hospital. The earliest shifts begin at 7:45am and the latest finishes at 9:00pm. The role includes 1-in-4 Saturday shifts 8:30am - 5:30pm.
The successful candidate will be a point of contact for our customers by phone, email and in person and must therefore have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. They will show understanding of customer care techniques that will benefit our business and will be able to work well within their immediate team, as well as with all other teams.
The role involves processing of payments and dealing with client accounts, administrative duties such as debt management and handling insurance claim forms, as well as maintaining the appearance of the reception areas.
