We are recruiting for a candidate with customer service experience to join our front of house team. The role is 10 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 5pm-7pm at our Moor Allerton Centre clinic.
The successful candidate will be the point of contact for our clients by phone, email and in person and must therefore have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. They will show understanding of customer care techniques that will benefit our business and will be able to work well within their immediate team, as well as with all other teams.
The role involves processing of payments and dealing with client accounts, administrative duties such as debt management and handling insurance claim forms, as well as maintaining the appearance of the reception areas.
The salary will be competitive but is dependent on experience and a discount is given for the treatment of staff pets.
