If your pet has been admitted to Holly House for the day, wether it be diagnostics or surgery, or he/she is undergoing a period of hospitalisation.  Please be reassured that we will be offering your pet the highest levels of care at all times.  This includes throughout the night, as our Nursing Team monitor patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Day Cases

For animals in for the day, please call 0780 497 0234, after 2pm, this is when the operations are likely to be finished.  We will then give you an idea of how your pets treatment has gone and when you are likely to be able to pick them up.

Hospitalised Cases

For animals that are hospitalised, we do our morning ward rounds between 9am and 10am, so please call    0780 497 0234 after 10am for an update on your pet.
